Your hotmail email account doesn't work (just says you're on vacation), your website email doesn't work, (error message) your phone number doesn't work.
You promised me a refund "in good faith" if I returned the incorrectly sent item to you.
You have your item - where is my refund?
I have contacted both Consumer Direct and Trading Standards and opened a case with them - please return my funds before I take this matter further.
